iPoll Important Update Message

I keep getting a message saying important update, and that I should download the latest version. I do have the latest version downloaded, but I can't get into the app and do any surveys or redeem. This has been happening for a few days now, and I've tried reinstalling, clearing data, downloading it via an apk, nothing works.
