Websites available in the Middle East?

Whenever i try to use popular well-known websites mentioned a lot in this subreddit, They're always unavailable for where i live, i've tried over 20+ website with no luck.

Can someone link me a site that has worked for them (assuming they're from the middle-east) or claims that it's a global website?
