How will appen pay me?

I have applied for speech collection appen job and I completed the minimum job task. after I done that they said I could complete more tasks . I heard appen is trustworthy but I don't wanna work for something when I don't know how much or when I'm going to get payed. If anyone knows anything about this please leave your feedback thanks.
