PlaytestCloud tests have been coming in claiming to already be done?

Today is the second playtest I've had this month (in a row) where the tests claims it's been completed? Last time was a test that was ment tot take place over a week. Normally if it's been completed, you can't even download the test app, but a week long test being completed on the first day?

I've emailed them 2 times, but just get replies about them being out of office for x amount of days.

Anyone else here use their service and run into a similar issue?
