hideout.tv: i'm so confused?

sooo... i made a hideout.tvaccount (linked with gmail) and disabled my ad blocker. i watched a video and managed to earn 9 points but stopped after that. so i tried to add a loyalty rewards partner and went to the page and this is what i saw: https://imgur.com/ty41r4s

what do i do? i don't see a button anywhere. am i somehow already connected to something because i used my email to login?
