How To Pass Neevo First Test?

I signed up for Neevo last two weeks and I finally received a test task today to transcribe 10 Australian audio texts. I failed the task. IMO, I think I did most of them correctly. They have given me another chance to take the test again and I don't want to blow it. Any tips on how to pass the test is welcomed. Thanks.
