Validately studies closed

Why is it everytime i open a test its closed … i open as soon i get within seconds and its closed :( how?! Is there ay trick or technique im missing to get in the test ? How is that possible tha the test is closed when its not even been 2 sec of opening it. Is it only me or happening with anyone?
