Quickthoughts down? Or am I banned?

I tried redeeming for a $10 amazon gift card and I immediately received a “Unable to redeem at this time” error. Not only that, my balance then dropped to $0 and then I received a “We’re sorry, but there is an issue with your account” error. So I presume I’m banned? Or are their servers down like last month?
