Quick Thoughts Account Question

So I made a Quick Thoughts account on my phone and made about $2.50 on it, before I realized that I could only get iTunes cards on an iPhone. So, I dug out my old Samsung tablet, signed in with the same credentials, and made another $1.50 or so before it said there was something wrong with my account. If I try to log back in, it gives me the same screen saying there was a problem with my account and a network error. I emailed them about it, but they haven't responded in the last 24 hours. What do I do? Can I just make a new account with a different email? Should I try contacting them again or in a different way?
