Entry level transcription job sites?

I'm new to this. I've been practicing the free training from "transcribeme.com". They aren't asking for me to pay anything to learn and then if I qualify, any gigs I take through them, they receive a percentage for sourcing them.

I'm nervous about how to find out which ones are scams or not?
