$15 for someone to create a Wikipedia article

Please advise if not the correct flair. We have a business and need someone other than ourselves to submit a Wikipedia article. The article is already written and formatted, just need someone who has posted on Wikipedia before to put the article up from their end. It's not again T&C of Wikipedia to ask someone else to do it, they just don't like people to create article about themselves/their business.
