Question regarding Screenwise meter

Hello everyone,

I am a panelist on Screenwise Meter (now Google opinion rewards apparently) for some years now, and a couple days ago i decided to connect two more smartphones to my account. Since i get 100 points weekly for being on one device, adding 2 more should mean i'll get 300 points, plus 200 per each device for first sign in. Rewards are accounted on Thursday, and they have been accounted for the past week, but i only received 100 points, where as i should have received 700. Is it that i don't understand their weekly basis of applying reward points, or did i just connect the devices with no reflection on the rewards? Hopefully someone who has has such an experience could help. Thanks!
