Prepaiddigitalsolutions Question

How can I access an old account? I created an account because I cashed out on a GPT site for a Visa GC. I added the Visa to my account, and then went to another GPT site where I remembered I had cashed out a Visa GC before. When I tried to add the Visa from the other site, it said the token was in use by another account. And I remembered that I'd made another account a few years ago. How can I get info/access to that old account? Please and thanks for any help.
