Websites that have offers for joining Hulu?

So I am interested in getting a Hulu account. I know swagbucks has a great offer for signing up to Hulu, but The problem is I have moved from the USA to Germany so I no longer have a US phone number and swagbucks is asking me for one as “verification” before we move forward.

Does anyone know any other sites that have Hulu offers?
