Clickworker hasn't replied to my email in 5 days

I mailed clickworker on Saturday regarding my payments being on hold and I still haven't got a response apart from the automated message which says to wait and that they'll reach out ASAP but it doesn't seem like they'll reply anytime soon..any suggestions on what to do?? I tried Facebook and Instagram seems like it's of no use .
