Has anyone here done a study from Springtide research before?

They want to schedule a 1 hour phone interview with me. I filled out a survey and they contacted me for a follow up. I can't remember what the incentive was. Are they a legit company? Looking off their site they seem to be invested in talking to people between the ages of 18-25. I am 24 years old.
