DailyRewards (Canadian version of Inbox Dollars) wasting my time [Canada]

Has anyone else had this experience? Going through a whole survey that takes 15 minutes, only to be told at the end that you do not qualify for the survey? Every single survey I have tried has given me the same message. Is there something wrong with the website or do I just have bad luck?
