Smores app issue

So I noticed a few days ago that smores hasn't been working. I went into the app, and it turns out I haven't gotten points for almost a month. If I go into earn, it says that my lockscreen is active and I'm earning, but the lockscreen itself isn't coming up. Anyone had this problem or know how to fix it? TIA
