[rant] Volkno - slight change to pts earning

Volkno now makes you write a comment for those extra 10 points. I used to just do the scale rating, 'Demand it' and 'Comment' for the initial 50 pts, but now its only 40. I just type a space and hit submit, so it's really no extra trouble, but why are they paying someone to make these tiny tweaks? If they are spending any time on their website, or having employees work on anything, shouldn't it be figuring out how to deliver all those promised gift cards?
