Plaid apps work with CapOne?

My cards expired and my new cards won’t connect to the apps using the Plaid platform (Dosh, pei, etc). Anyone know if this is a temporary issue with Capital One or if they changed their third party permissions altogether? Or am I just the only one it’s not working for (specifically connecting cards recently, I had a CapOne card working when I first started with the app)?
