Is anyone else having problems with prolific?

I have not gotten a single study in the last two months. Up until that time I was usually able to earn at least 50€ per month on prolific. I sent two tickets to the support but have yet to get an answer.

Is anyone else having these problems? Does this mean my account is somehow banned from receiving studies?
