Coke Rewards tickets, popcorn and drinks

So I've gotten all three, and I'm about to go see a movie in a few days with a friend. I notice the terms say not valid with any other offer. Just wondering, and a question to those who have used them, does that mean I can't use both the free popcorn and fountain drinks at once? If I indeed can't use both, could I cheat the system by having my friend take one or the other?
