Banned from iPoll after only a day? Is this normal?

So I signed up for iPoll yesterday, and by 12am I was banned. I had made about 3.50$ for my first day. I could’ve probably made way more but I just didn’t have the energy to do 20-25minute surveys for 1-1.50 😅 so I stuck to the 10-15min max. The only reason I can foresee I was banned was because I signed up for quick thoughts? Reading on reddit people have mentioned they are owned by the same company. I’m guessing they felt like I was scamming them? At the time I didn’t even realize QT was the same company as iPoll. I used the same email for both apps because I was just signing up for various surgery companies. I sent iPoll an email last night but haven’t heard back. I have a feeling I probably won’t. Should I cut bait or persist? Is it as simple as making a new account? Would they know if I made a new account using a different email? Just wonder what everyone thinks. I’m new to making money using surveys. This was my first time.
