Are there any methods to turn virtual/digital Visa Gift Cards into cash without fees?

Before it's suggested, I'm aware of the Venmo method of adding the prepaid card as a debit, transferring the balance to a friend and having them send it back. However, this appears to be a one-off. Not only does Venmo restrict how many cards you can add to your account in a 6 month period, but they won't allow me to add any additional Visa Gift Card after my first attempt.

I've also tried creating a Bluebird account and adding the eGift Card there. This did not work. Apparently this has something to do with the location of the bank that issued the Visa. Not too sure.

That said, are there any other methods currently available for liquidating multiple digital gift cards with zero or minimal fees?

Edit: PayPal is the current method I use. I send an invoice from my PayPal account to an alternate email. However, there's a 3.5% fee for that.
