3.4k SB reward on William Hill casino in swagbucks (Revenue Universe)

Has anyone had any problem completing this offer? I've done all the steps required (register, deposit at least €10, and wage them), but my acct hasn't been credited until now (more than a day has passed since I last completed the offer)

I tried emailing both the casino and Swagbucks with proof of completion, but Swagbucks says that it will be credited automatically when it is completed (just usual response), and casino says that I should contact swagbucks instead. The offer itself says that it will reward within a couple of days, but I really have doubts, esp. after hearing so many problems recently with swagbucks

I hope it goes through
