Swagbucks deactivating account? Has anyone else randomly been deactivated?
TL;DR: Worried Swagbucks randomly deactivated me because I was trying to redeem or because their mobile app isn't working.
SB's terrible mobile app started doing this thing where it'd use your location to try to offer you new surveys, and was also just generally being unusable, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it.
I had $36 waiting for me on there and go to redeem it, and when I enter my info to start verifying, I see a cartoony man's face with no text. I'd never seen this before.
I uninstall and reinstall again and it prompts me to sign up. I can't find a log in button ANYWHERE (what in the world is up with that?) or on the mobile browser site. So I just put in my email hoping it'd take me to login. I also try using my email to sign in on a browser. Maybe it interpreted that as me trying to make multiple accounts? I don't see any other way I could have accidentally violated one of the offenses.
I tried to login on desktop and it told me to contact support, and I did, but I seriously doubt they'll pay any serious attention.
I just assume that money's going to be gone even if I do get my account back (which I'm doubting) so I'm really sad.
