How to get money off virtual visa into bank account?

I have a virtual visa that's expiring soon and I have no idea how to get the money off this thing. I don't have anyone trustworthy to do the Venmo/PayPal trick, I heard from someone that taking asking your bank to deposit the money into your account can work, does anyone know anything about this? I have Chase bank.
