Has anyone had this experience with Prolific? A survey somehow auto-submitted itself despite not being completed and me not having a code

I love Prolific. I've never ever had an issue with them. I feel they really support their workers, and I make some good beer money there. today I got one of those longer, several buck studies, and they said that in 24 hours they'd send the second part which would pay the same. I love those. This one was really fun and it wasn't going on too long. it had a progress bar, and I was working steadily. Anyway the study froze. I couldn't continue, and because the page was frozen I had to close the tab. When I opened it again it gave me another error, so I sent off a message letting the researcher know what had happened.

Then, right after I sent it, I realized that the study had somehow auto-submitted itself, despite it not having been completed and me never seeing a code. There was now a code in the code section, and it says the survey is awaiting review.

Has anyone had this happen? I hope they don't somehow hold it against me.
