Cloudworkers Paperwork

I received my paperwork today from Cloudworkers, and I am bit stymied. They require photograhic evidence of your age, but no longer accept a drivers license from the USA. I do not have a passport. Does anyone have any ideas of what I could provide them? Also as I am going to be paid by Paypal, I do not need to provide them with bank information correct? Any and all help would be great.
