MTURK Payout question

Hi, I do not understand the Mturk payout. I am able to transfer it over to amazon gift credit but I do not know how to put it into my account balance. Everytime I bring up amazon pay it brings me to an empty page without a way to transfer funds. Anyone know how to help me out
