Are there apps similar to Miles, but better?

Hey guys so I’ve been using Miles(it may just be on ios I’m not sure), and I have a ton of points, but the rewards are kind of useless to me. Mostly just 15% your purchase, $35 off a car rental type of offers, and I end up with 10,000+ points I can’t use. I drive a lot because I do uber eats, door dash, etc. I was wondering if there were apps out there that have worthwhile rewards?

Something like gift cards or PayPal would be great!

Edit: Miles is an app that tracks your miles driven, and lets you redeem those miles for rewards such as, a free trial for naturebox, or $50 off a butchers box subscription. Or like my earlier example a 15% off a car rental
