your surveys score vs your surverys router score?

I'm pretty new to this so forgive me if this is a dumb question but my your surveys quality score is 103. It was pretty hard work to get it there, since it had been 89. (ik ik not good).

anyway i noticed on the your surveys router page it says my score is 10? it was hard enough getting my score up by 14 pts so i'm really hoping someone can tell me what that means because there's just no way i can build it all the way up from ten.
