Volkno Postcard?

So I have 20,000 points on Volkno and didn't know about address verification. So I requested to get the postcard delivered to me 2 days ago and I went on reddit to see how long it took for other people to get the postcard. I've seen some posts about Volkno being dead and people not getting their postcards so has anyone recently gotten their postcard and actually got their gift card? Thanks.
