No credit from PrizeRebel after waiting a full 30 days on a pending offer?

I finished an offer on 6/20/19 at exactly 7:33 AM, and checked on it. It said that the credit would appear in my account 30 days later. It's now 30 days later, and I haven't received anything. Am I missing something?
