Lifepoints - new name, same dodgy company
Lifepointspanel, or what it was formerly known as Mysurvey, are at it again. I was a mysurvey member for years but just over a year ago was banned for 'using a VPN' (I wasnt). After contacting support they said they will reactivate my account (they didnt), when I tried again my login was disabled and no further response. Alright if thats what a few years of reliable surveying is woreth, fine, im moving on.
I found Lifepointspanel recently, which seemed ok with decent pay rates, good completion levels and decent rewards. I had claimed $40 worth in a month no issues. Last week I put in another $20 voucher claim. Yesterday I login to find the claim was rejected. Well that was a bit odd, so I tried again, but despite having nearly twice the amount of required points (due to the refunded cancelled claim), i got an error message saying not enough lifepoints. Ok, raise a ticket, probably just an error, no big deal. This morning no email response yet (wasnt expecting it), but go to login, and my login is now unavailable.
I find this sort of behavior by survey companies to be pathetic. I have done nothing but provide honest feedback as I do with every company, and while im only out about $30, the lack of reason and communication is disrespectful. personally id avoid that site, or be at risk of an unexplained and unappeallable ban. in my opinion as a community all we expect and deserve is to be paid the amounts we agree to, its not much to ask. Well off to search for a new panel to replace it
