Buying products to rate on Amazon.

So, I clicked on a link in Facebook, I know my first mistake, asking if their product could be used on any device. They assured me it could be. They then offered to refund my money, after I purchased the item, and then if I gave them a 5-star review on Amazon. I asked, what if I hate the product and give it a lower than 5 stars review? They have ghosted me. No reply at all.

Is this SOP? You have to give them the 5-star review or you don't get paid, even if the product is crap, as I have written on Amazon before?
