This App Called Askable...

I happened upon Askable I think through another person's post on Reddit about it or through an AI search for specific sites and apps. I can't remember which way I came about it. But this app I am hoping will be promising.

It's centered around user research and utilizes surveys and paid studies. Each task or project on there is for pay. As low as $5 and, from what I see so far, as high as $50. I just did a $15 user research questionnaire in which I was asked a somewhat short series of questions by an AI system. Took me about 10 or 15 minutes. I had to be on video and it was fine to use my mobile. When applying you can see ahead of time whether desktop, mobile or both are allowed for the research. It looks like other applications could take a while for approval, but research that will be conducted by an AI interviewer can be done right away. Right after you apply. There are a good number of tasks or whatever to sign up for. And I guess just check back in every now and again to see if there are new ones.

So anyway, I did the short 10 or 15 minute user research (focused on my use and views of insurance and I did not have to give personal information) that was conducted by an AI interviewer. Pretty relaxing and pretty quick. When I was finished, I was informed that payment will be made next Thursday (today is Wednesday). So about a week to wait. I will be paid $15 for that one. Now it's just a matter of seeing if I will get that payment. Payment options are through PayPal or an E-card through the app. Personally I chose to use my PayPal.

I guess I'll see how it goes! Has anyone else tried the Askable app? And how did it go for you? Did you make at least pretty good side money within the first couple of weeks or month of using it?
