Prizerebel got hacked recently. Anyone else?

I've been a PrizeRebel member for many years, referred over 100 people to their platform, and reached Emerald status. I rarely complete surveys anymore because I've built up a referral network that earns points for me. After all those years supporting this company, I'm genuinely disappointed by how I've been treated.

In late September, I logged into my account and noticed numerous reward claims I had never made, including bank transfers, cryptocurrency vouchers, and other rewards. Some of these transactions didn't even make sense given my available points. I suspected someone had gained unauthorized access to my account.

I use Google to sign in, and I hadn't noticed any suspicious activity on my Google account. This left me concerned about the security of PrizeRebel's platform.

A few days later, I discovered I could no longer redeem rewards, so I contacted support.

On October 4, support explicitly told me: "Our security team has flagged your account due to suspicious activity flagged by our partners."

I explained the unauthorized reward claims and my security concerns. They asked questions, which I answered to the best of my ability. Then, after waiting over a week for an update, I received another email stating that my account had been closed for identity verification.

Here's where things get ridiculous.

On October 12, they claimed my account had been "randomly flagged by a security check that is conducted for new users."

I'm not a new user. I'm an Emerald member who has supported their platform for years. How does a suspicious-activity investigation suddenly become a random security check for new users?

They then demanded photographs of my government-issued ID. Under normal circumstances, verification might be understandable, but after discovering unexplained activity on my account, I was understandably reluctant to provide sensitive identification without receiving a clear explanation of what had happened.

I asked them about their security and followed up on October 14, requesting a response within 48 hours.

They never responded.

What bothers me most isn't even the account restriction. It's the complete lack of transparency, the inconsistent explanations, and the way a long-standing customer is treated after reporting potentially unauthorized activity.

Their Emerald membership promises priority support, yet this is the support I've received.

I've spent years bringing people to PrizeRebel, and it's genuinely upsetting to feel discarded the moment something goes wrong.

I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for an honest explanation, a proper investigation into the unauthorized transactions, and a reasonable way to restore my account.

Until PrizeRebel addresses this situation, I cannot recommend trusting them with your time, earnings, or personal information.
