Collab Research Contact Info

Hello

Does anyone have direct contact info to a person (not the payments email) who processes the payments for the focus group participants. They do not seem to very responsive via the payments email and I had two follow up questions regarding a missing payment. I would like to email my questions to the direct email inbox of the person responsible for payment processing at Collab Research in the hopes of getting a faster response to my questions and getting my issue resolved faster.
