Does PaidViewpoint ever give out paying surveys?

I have been using PaidViewpoint for quite a while now but the only surveys I ever get are the 3 cent ones that just increase your trait score. I'm already above 2000 trait score but have never received any surveys that paid more than 3 cents. Is PaidViewpoint just a scam or what?

I live in the EU if that is in any way relevant.
