Looking for iPad-friendly beermoney options not on the sticky (US)

I read the sticky/FAQ and I know I can't ask for or post referrals to the usual sites. I'm not looking for referral links, just the names of services and your real experience using them.

Quick context: I do most of my side earning on an iPad with a keyboard because I travel a lot and don't always have my laptop. I'm in the US and trying to find a couple more options that work reliably on iPadOS without weird browser extensions or having to leave a tab running all day.

What I'm looking for:

- Not on the sticky list

- Legit payouts (PayPal or gift cards are fine)

- Works well on iPad Safari or has a decent iOS app

- Prefer things that are not pure grind for pennies; stuff like user testing, short research studies, feedback tasks, diary studies is ideal

What I'm trying to avoid:

- Anything that requires a VPN, multiple accounts, automation, or otherwise breaks the terms of service

- Apps or sites that constantly error on iOS (infinite loading, verification loops, etc)

If you have 1 to 3 recommendations, can you share:

- What you typically do there

- A rough pay range per hour (even a ballpark)

- Any iPad-specific gotchas (camera or mic requirements, desktop-only steps, login quirks, app stability)
