A qn about redeeming on Topsurveys

Hi, I have a qn I hope someone can answer.

I can't cash out on TopSurveys because I lost access to my email address so obv I can't get the email and click the access reward that they send to redeem, Topsurveys for some reason weren't able to help. If I cashed out through Revolut, would I be sent an 'access reward' e-mail or would it just go straight to Revolut without having to ? I've always cashed out with the link then paypal. I hope someone can help. Thanks.
