Is anyone familiar with an offer called "watch a video" from Adgate Media? If yes, can you still use it?

Watch a video was an offer that allowed users to watch TrueX videos outside the websites owned by Prodege. It was on the Adgate Media offerwall. I was able to use it until January. Last time I used it, I got this error message: "Offer is inactive [2054]." The day after, the offer was gone. I tried to get in touch with Adgate Media customer service back then, but I hadn't gotten a reply from them until yesterday. Someone named Chip replied: "We reviewed your request, and this offer is still active." Thing is, like TrueX, you could find this offer only during a certain time of the day. Personally, I'd find it between 3:00 a.m./5:00 a.m. EST. I woke up specifically to check if the offer was back, but it was not. It still doesn't show up for me.
