Is clickworker a joke, or is it for real?
I just installed this app to try it out. After filling my info during the sign up process, I was requested to further fill up my profile, which required writing again all of the same information.
Then I started trying the 'instant jobs'. I did this for about half an hour, opening maybe fifteen of these, answering for the most part always the same questions that had already been informed in my profile, and every single time there was a message in red at the end saying that I had been screened out and couldn't qualify. So I've told the app around a dozen times by now what my job and number of children are, but I still get being offered surveys for which I get disqualified due to this information.
Surveys where sometimes I am asked where in Spain I live and what energy company is, but all of the options for energy companies are American ones. Or where I get asked if I smoke cigarrettes and then where I would like to travel and then nothing else. Or where the question regarding how many children I have who are minors contains one option per gender and age (so 36 options), Or where questions are clearly mistranslated or barely make any sense at all.
No but seriously, is this thing for real? I've never in my life seen anything like this. Is it a practical joke?
