I need Help. scam or not?

Hello! Its my first time writing here so excuse the mess you are about to read.

Yesterday I got an email with a job offer. It sounds too good to be true. I get to work from home and they will send me everything i might need such as the laptop printer and all the programs i will need to get the job done. They will pay me as i do the training ( $30/hr) and once done I will get paid ($35/hr) its a German company. I had a whole interview on teams. But it sounds to good to be true. I really need the money and the job but I keep pausing

Has anyone heard of them? Help?
