Question on how branded surveys verifies offers that are 30 days to complete?

I'm starting to hate branded surveys and their customer service but that's besides the point. I'm currently doing an offer where you have 30 days to get to a certain level of a game. How do they verify it? Once the 30 days are up they check? The approved the first few levels that I got to the day I downloaded it, so I submitted missing points because they didn't credit me for any additional ones yet (still within the 30 day period) and they denied it. When my 30 days is up in 3 days do they check then? They are very scammy about giving you bonus points or double rewards I've found so I'm basically expecting them to just do nothing with it and say they could t verify it or some nonsense.
