SproutGigs sends less money when withdrawing with LTC

This happened to me a couple of times.

If I withdraw 5 USD I only get around LTC equivalent of 3.69 USD into my LTC wallet. If their fee is 20% I should get about 4 USD.

First time I thought it was due to rate fluctuations but It happened to me for the second time as well.

Has anyone else experienced this?
