Not able to sign up for an invitation on Testbirds

Hello, I have received an invitation to join a test case on Testbirds. But I am not able to sign up for it. Below the invitation overview description, there is a sign-up display. It has titles:

1. Device,
   
2. Browser with a drop-down option
3. Places taken (under which there is a full red bar)
4. sign up ( It has a red button with the text " x slot full"

What Should I do?
(This is my first post on reddit, I don't know why I am not able to add an Image >_<)
