mypaymentvault physical card fees?

hi! i’m looking to redeem a visa card on mypaymentvault and they offer the option of a virtual card or a physical card at a fee of 5usd. could i check if anyone knows if there are any additional fees from using the physical card in stores compared to the virtual card online?

also they have stopped the linking of the card to paypal or any wallets, any way to add it to apple pay or redeem in cash?
