Deer Park Rewards

Has anyone ever submitted Deer Park receipts to Rewards Drop for points? The site recently went through an overhaul with “improvements” but I haven’t received any points for my receipts in weeks. It only took a couple days to receive points prior to the update. They even removed the free pack of water redemption as a reward option because they were “sold out”.

I just wanted to see if any other members of this “rewards program” have experienced the same issues since their update. Their customer service is just full of your typical “just be patient while your receipts are being processed” lip service.
